All orders will arrive frozen or partially frozen. Upon delivery, you can safely store in the freezer for up to 6 months. If your products arrive cool to the touch and thawed, use a thermometer to check the temperature. Per USDA guidelines, beef kept at 40°F or cooler can be safely stored in the fridge for 7 days.
