What if my gift arrives while the recipient is not home?Updated a month ago

Because our products are perishable, we ask that orders be retrieved as soon as possible upon delivery. If a gift is delivered successfully but remains unattended for an extended period, complimentary replacements may not apply. In those situations, we'll gladly work with you on a preferred resolution. 

We strongly recommend confirming a recipient’s address and availability to accept the package as to avoid gifted products perishing.
