E-Gift Card information as a great alternative for gifts
Can I buy a physical gift card?
Unfortunately, we do not offer physical gift cards. We have e-gift cards that are sent via email. If you would like something physical to give to your recipient, we recommend sending the e-gift card to yourself and then printing it out.
How do I send a gift card if I don’t have the recipient’s email address?
If you do not have the recipient’s email address or would like something physical to give them, we recommend sending the e-gift card to yourself and printing it out. The recipient will only need the code that comes in the gift card email to redeem it
How do I redeem my gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout by entering the gift card code provided in the email.
When will the recipient receive their gift card?
Our E-Gift Cards are typically delivered to the recipient’s inbox immediately after purchase. You can also choose a future delivery date after filling out the recipient information if you would like the gift card sent on a later date.
How do I check the balance on my gift card?
You can check your gift card balance by entering your gift card code during checkout or by contacting our Customer Care team for assistance.
When will my gift card expire?
Our E-Gift Cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase. Please note that gift card laws vary by state.
