How do I start an SRF subscription?

You can start a subscription with us by visiting the Subscribe & Save tab here. Add at least $50+ worth of items to your order for 5% savings, $199+ for 5% and free standard shipping, and $299+ for 10% savings and free standard shipping. Select the o

Is there a discount for signing up for subscription orders?

Yes! When you order at least $50+ worth of items you’ll receive 5% off, when you order $199+ for 5% and free standard shipping, and when you order $299+ for 10% savings and free standard shipping.

Can I apply a promo code to my subscription?

Some promo codes are only applicable for the first subscription order. Every recurring order will reflect the true price of your subscription products. Please see terms and conditions of the promo to verify.

How do I edit or skip my subscription?

You can edit your subscription by visiting the Subscriptions tab in your account dashboard. From there, click into the subscription you would like to modify and find the “Edit Items” button. Make changes as necessary and click save.

What if something in my subscription bundle is out of stock?

You will receive an email notification of an out-of-stock item in your subscription order as well as an opportunity to swap it for another item. If the order does not drop below $50, the order will ship without the out-of-stock product(s).

When will I be charged for my subscription order?

Subscription orders will be charged the Friday prior to shipment on the following Monday. You will receive emails leading up to the charge-by date reminding you to make edits and that payment is coming up.
