What if my meat arrives partially or completely thawed?Updated a month ago

Per USDA guidelines, if your order arrives partially frozen, it is safe to store in the freezer for up to 6 months and prepare at a later time.

If the product is thawed and under 40 degrees, it is safe to store in the fridge for 3-5 days. 

If the order is completely thawed and over 40 degrees, we do recommend disposing of the products.

If you receive any products that are fully thawed, we ask that you please reach out to our customer care team with photos or videos of the items and our team will be happy to get you taken care of.
