What if my meat arrives partially thawed or completely frozen?Updated a month ago

We guarantee your order will arrive frozen or partially frozen, so you can put your items directly into the freezer upon arrival. 

If your order arrives thawed, please reach out to us within 12 hours of the FedEx delivery. The meat can be kept in the fridge and consumed within 7 days if it arrives cooler than 40°F. We do not recommend refreezing fully thawed items.
